In March in the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus a number of unique concerts within the bounds of the project "Musical Nights in Bolshoi" will be held.
March 9 "Melody – love" Arias and duets from operettas by F. Léger, I. Kalman, J. Offenbach, E. Zeller, Neapolitan songs, music from films will be heard in performance of People’s Artist of Belarus Natalia Rudneva, the Honoured Artists of the Republic of Belarus Nina Sharubina and Victor Strelchin, laureates and diploma winners of international and national contests and festovals Helena Shvedova, Tatyana Knutovich, Tatyana Tretiak, Marina Aksentseva, Marina Likhosherst, Vasiliy Mingalev, Yanosh Nelepa, Yuriy Bolotko, Aleksandr Drinevsky. Piano part – Yuliya Sherbakova March 17 Within the XX festival "Revival of the Belarussian Cappella" "Ringing of the Old Fairytale" Concert-presentation of the book of translations of the written in verse texts of vocal cycles of German composers of the XVIII-XX centuries of the famous Belarussian poet and interpreter Vasil Semukha. The supreme encyclopedic scholarship and ownership of different languages let this master perform numerous translations of German, Polish, Lettish poetry and prose of different eras and styles; due to him in the history of the national culture "Bible", "The Songs of Solomon", "New Testament. Psalter", Goethe's tragedy "Faust" etc. The pearls of the world chamber classics for the first time on the Belarussian stage – fragments of vocal cycles by F. Schubert, R. Schumann, J. Brahms, R. Wagner, G. Maller will be heard on the Belarussian language. In the performance of the young theatre soloists – Helena Zolova and Yuriy Gorodetskiy, Natalia Akinina and Helena Bundeleva, Vladimir Gromov and Yanosh Nelepa, and also the guests of the concert: Grigoriy Polishuk, soloist of the music theatre Lesi Lut. March 25 "Power of Destiny" Arias and duets from operas by G. Verdi "Don Carlos", "Attila", "Simon Boccanegra", "Ernani", "Les Vepres Siciliennes", "Othello" , "La forza del destino" will be performed by: People’s Artist of Belarus Sergey Frankovsky, the Honoured Artist s of the Republic of Belarus Tamara Glagoleva, Nina Sharubina and Vasiliy Kovalchuk, the Honoured Artist of Russia Nikolay Moiseenko, laureates and diploma winners of international and national contests Tatyana Gavrilova, Irena Zhurko, Tatyana Knutovich, Helena Shvedova, Andrey Valentiy, Dmitry Kapilov, Sergey Lazarevich, Mikhail Puzanov. Piano part – the Honoured Artist of the Buryatia Zhanna Gabba. March 31 "Spring Voices" In the programme – arias from operettas by J. Strauss and K. Zeller, love songs by P. Tchaikovsky and G. Fore, Neapolitan songs.
