Aiming to enhance mutually beneficial cooperation for the sake of effective development and reinforcement of cultural relations between theatres in the sphere of ballet, opera and symphonic arts as well as mending fences between the theatre staffs the National Academic Bolshoi Opera and Ballet Theatre of the Republic of Belarus signed a number of memoranda of understanding with the biggest opera theatres of the CIS and overseas countries. The memoranda provide for organization of guest performances of the Parties; exchange of soloists and mastery staffs; joint creative projects in realization of ballet and opera performances; holding masterclasses of the leading specialists of theatrical entertainment establishments; participation in musical competitions and festivals; collaboration in the sphere of exchanging specialists; favourable exchange of information with the major events in musical and theatrical live of both countries. Since 2010 the memoranda of understanding have been signed with the following theatres: Latvian National Opera;Lviv National Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet after Solomiya Krushelnytska; Tbilisi Zakaria Paliashvili State Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet; Kolobov Novaya Opera Theatre of Moscow; Prague State Opera; National Theatre Brno; Slovak National Theatre, Lithuanian National Opera and Ballet Theatre; Novosibirsk State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre; Sofia National Opera and Ballet Theatre; Stanislavsky and Nemirovich-Danchenko Moscow Academic Music Theatre; State Academic Bolshoi Theatre of Russia; Estonian National Opera; National Theatre Belgrade; Azerbaijani State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre; The National Opera of Ukraine. |
